2. Course and Product Descriptions

2.1. Daher Aligner Institute provides detailed descriptions of courses and products on our website. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.2. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices listed on our website are in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. We reserve the right to change the prices of our courses and programs at any time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price at the time your order is placed.
3.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through online payment processors such as Stripe.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. All sales of courses and products are final. No refunds will be provided except in circumstances where the course or product is not delivered as described.
4.2. In the event that Daher Aligner Institute cancels a course or product, a full refund will be provided to you.
4.3. We do not offer refunds for partially completed courses or for the inability to access the course or product due to issues not caused by Daher Aligner Institute.

5. Access to Courses

5.1. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course(s) or program(s). Access details will be provided via email.
5.2. Access to online courses is provided for 12 Months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
5.3. You agree not to share, distribute, or transfer your course access credentials to any third party. Doing so may result in the termination of your access without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content provided by Daher Aligner Institute, including but not limited to course materials, videos, documents, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Daher Aligner Institute and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
6.3. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or perform any of the content provided by Daher Aligner Institute without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Daher Aligner Institute’s courses and programs are provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
